Meet Anousha
Anousha is a licensed therapist who offers a warm, thoughtful, and culturally affirming approach to counseling. She believes therapy should feel human, collaborative, and grounded in real life, not clinical or intimidating. Her goal is to create a space where clients feel safe to explore, reflect, and grow at their own pace.
Anousha is a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from St. Edward’s University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Texas.

-
Anousha’s therapeutic style is experiential and collaborative. Sessions are designed to be engaging, reflective, and supportive, with room for creativity, curiosity, and honest conversation. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, she looks at the bigger picture, including family dynamics, relational patterns, and environmental influences that shape emotional wellbeing.
Anousha attunes to her clients by drawing on their real life experiences to foster understanding and healing.
She draws from family systems and relational frameworks to help clients better understand how past experiences and current relationships impact the present. When appropriate, Anousha also believes humor can be a helpful tool in therapy, creating moments of ease while navigating meaningful and sometimes difficult topics.
-
Therapy with Anousha is a partnership. She actively checks in with clients to ensure sessions feel aligned with their goals and evolving needs. Sessions are aimed at providing long-term, sustainable change, rather than putting a bandaid on the issue. Together, you will work toward greater clarity, emotional resilience, and a stronger connection to yourself and others.
Anousha supports clients in writing their next chapter with compassion, intention, and confidence, free from judgment and pressure.
-
Anousha believes that healing is not about fixing what is broken, but about understanding, integration, and growth. She meets clients where they are and walks alongside them as they move forward in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.
